This morning's conversation...
Me: "Kaden what do you want for breakfast"?
Kaden: "Ummmm, Cereal"
Me: "Ok what kind"?
Kaden: "I don't care mom, but it needs to have fiber in it"
Me: "Why on earth would it need fiber in it"
Kaden: " Well mom, I can't eat it unless it has fiber...It is just the way it is"
Ok I have no idea where he picked up the fact that he needs to eat fiber, I just think it is really funny. This kid says the darnedest things.
Then the conversation from on the way home from church...
Kaden: "You know what dad I really love you"
Corey: "Oh, you know what Kaden that really filled my bucket." The bucket reference is about a book about people being sweet to each other and when they are they fill their 'buckets'. "I love you too."
Kaden: "My bucket is filled too dad."
Corey: "Who filled your bucket?"
Kaden: "Oh I don't need anyone to fill my bucket...I filled it up myself."
Corey: "How did you fill it buddy?"
Kaden: "By doing many additions, and dad you filled it up...I'm just teasing"

Watch out...he may start wanting to each pine nuts & twigs like his grampa & gramma. Fiber is good for you Kaden! SMART KID!!!
I am glad that he is still filling buckets. He filled mine with wanting to eat his fiber!! Healthy choice.
