No Nap

We tried to keep Kaleb from taking a nap and this is what happened. Gab and Kaleb were playing on the IPad and he could not keep his eyes open. =)

Swim Lesson

Kaden took swim lessons at the SDSU school pool. Kaden has loved it the last 2 years. This year he was learning strokes and how to swim right. He was the only one in 3 classes to jump off the high dive. They jump into a 17 foot deep pool. The regular dive is 3 foot and the high dive is 12 foot. We are so proud of him, I can't believe he did it. It was AWESOME.

Swim Lessons

Swimming, Swimming and more Swimming

We have done a lot of swimming this summer to say the least. I have two of the cutest fishes in the world. Kaleb decided he doesn't need help from anyone so he now swims with floaties which are for ages 3 and up. He really does a great job and is swimming really well. He has the best little body scoot. I don't know how to describe it but I took a video so you can see. Kaden has always been a great swimmer and loves to dive for things all the time. He has gotten into lots of cannon-ball contests with people down at the pool and they all really enjoy it. I love to see their love for the water. I do wish Kaleb had a little bit of healthy fear of the water because he is so young but no cigar. He loves to jump in on his own and swim to the wall and do it over and over again. I swear he would jump a thousand times over if we let him. They both sneak into the hot tub when know one is looking. I have no idea how they do it. They will swim in there hot or cold out they don't mind, oh and they switch back and forth....my crazy babies. I sure do love them. Here are some pics and videos of my sweet fishes.

Big Brother

I love that Kaden tries really hard to help his little brother. I'm sure it gets old after a while but Kaden handles it really well and I think he is setting such a great example to Kaleb on how he needs to treat their little sister.

New Sea World Show

There is a new Dolphin Show at Sea World. We went with great friends and enjoyed it. I video taped part of the show I missed the beginning and they are all in parts. I hope you like them =)

Prayer

The other day Kaden and I were sitting down working on something and he could tell I was getting frustrated with it. He looked and me and said " Mom I think you need to pray to Jesus, I think it could help you out" I replied "I think you are totally right buddy". In the past month or so Kaden has told Corey or I this when we are looking for something or frustrated with something. I love the fact that he is learning so much about Jesus and that he relies on him and encourages us to do the same thing. It just melted my heart. I love what a little man he is becoming.
