Poor Daddy

Last night I went to a play with Stacie, Corey only had 10 mins to get the kid brief when I had to leave. In about 5 mins of my departure I called to ask Corey something when I found out that Kaden had deleted everything off of Corey's iphone (ouch). I got home around 10 and Corey started to tell me that we are not having anymore children. I asked him "what happened" and he began to tell me the night over all and said "Kaden deleted everything off my phone and then Kaleb didn't stop crying the whole night. All Kaleb wanted to do is cry, eat and kinda sleep for 10 min". Corey then tells me "Well if you want more kids it will be ok as long as you never leave the house again"....So what do you think my chances of have another lil baby is??? = ]

Kaleb Didn't Go

So Kaden went potty last night without telling his daddy he had to go and then having Corey take him. Kaden was so proud of himself that he did it all on is own that he wanted to call his daddy and tell him. Kaden then went on telling Corey that he went potty last night and then Kaden said "well Kaleb didn't go potty by himself" and I said "Kaden, Kaleb can't walk" Kaden then replied "Someone could have carried him".

Text Message

Well today was a quite day. Not much to say but lil side note, Gab called to let me know she was not stopping by to say Hi in between jobs. She then asked to talk to Kaden to let him know too. Kaden was talking to her for a moment then flipped open my cell phone on accident...He started yelling "Auntie Gabbers I can't hear you you are in a text message".

Growing Dinosaurs Side Note

Well this morning Corey and I woke up to one of the lil Dinosaur missing....Corey looks down on the floor and sees a lil Dinosaur with teeth marks all over and half of the body missing, MILO...BAD Kitty. Well I had to tell Kaden when he woke up and he handled it so well, HAHAHA he told me "Mom I'm gonna beat the cat up for eating the Dinosaur, I love my Dinosaur" in this calm tone

Clarity

You know when your kid(s) do something or say something that at the time seems kinda outta of the blue or just a little bit random? WELL I had that moment with Kaden while driving him to school today. It all started yesterday...Kaden asked us "When can I start to date?". I immediately said, "In about 10 years" and Corey tells him "no not in 10 years, when you are my age." So Kaden then asks "Well dad how old are you???". Corey tells him that he is 28 and Kaden says "Wow Dad that is a lot of numbers."

So today I was taking Kaden to school and we were just talking about the fog and why it is there and just stuff like that when Kaden says "Well mom you know my girlfriend, Do you think that is funny mom?" I said "well kind of, what is her name?" Kaden replied "Tianna, mom...dad said I can start dating when I am his age. Now I know that is a lot of numbers but she is going to be my girlfriend". I then asked him "I thought you were going to marry Alana?" Kaden said "Well I think I really want to start dating first". I told him that was ok and he could do that if he wanted. Kaden said "you think that is funny mom?" I said "I think it is kinda cute Kaden." On the way home I just could not get over the fact that my little boy is growing up and he already likes girls. Man, the cootie phase didn't last very long. Just think...I get to go through this again in about 3.5 year with Kaleb. I sure love my boys =]

Thank You For Saving Me....

It all started when Auntie Gabbers came over and brought Kaden a lil surprise Growing Dinosaurs. You put them in water and they grow. Well, Kaden was watching three of them grow and he really wanted to show Kaleb. All of a sudden the glass fell and broke...Corey and I yelled don't move Kaden got scared and Corey went and grabbed Kaden and Kaden said "thank you for saving my life", and then he started crying and Corey said "whats wrong?" Kaden said My dinosaurs have no where to live, I love my dinosaurs."

Pumpkin Carving

I love the things that kids say...Today Kaden and his daddy were carving his Pumpkin. They were in the process of picking out a face and pulling out all the goo (as Kaden and most people would say). Corey was helping Kaden start to carve the pumpkin and Kaden says "I love my Jack-o-Hunter" He was so proud of his Jack-0-lantern. During this whole process of carving the pumpkin Kaden started try different parts of the pumpkin...the Seeds the running orange stuff (Kaden's words) the tried taking a bite of the lid of the pumpkin. Silly Kid..all he would say is YUCK! and I will NEVER Eat that again...Two minutes later Kaden tried another seed HAHAHAHA That took long.
