Helping Hand

So one of Kaden's chores is to empty out the dishwasher....well yesterday when Kaden was unloading he had a sweet lil brother wanting to help. Kaleb would bring the silverware to his brother and Kaden would put it away. I just love how sweet these brothers can be. It was just so cute.

Teacher Gifts

Kaden and I made Mr Lerma, the Office Ladies, Mr. Gilbert (the custodian) and Mrs. Wolfe Christmas presents this year. We made Muddy Buddy, some cookies and peppermint brownies. They turned out really nice. I hope they love them. =)

Singing at School

Today was a lot of fun we got the privilege of watching our sweet Kindergartners sing Christmas carols. At Kaden's school he has 2 Kindergarten classes and on K-1 combo (Kaden's class is the combo). These sweet kids got up in front of a lot of proud parents and sang their little harts out. It was the sweetest thing ever. Needless to say I LOVED IT. We and TONS of other parents brought our video camera and regular camera. It looked like the paparazzi was all over the place. The kids sang 7 songs and did such a great job. Such a sweet tradition at Kaden's school. =)

Santa's Postcard

Kaden wrote Santa a letter telling him what he wanted for Christmas and how he has been pretty good. It was super cute. The next day Kaden wanted to write Santa again and draw him a picture. Well Santa in return wrote Kaden a postcard telling him how he got his letters and that he loved seeing him and he told Kaden that he loved how well he has been with his manners and that he need to keep up the good work. Kaden was super excited. He wants to sleep with the postcard now. =)

Santa Claus

Today we got to see Santa Claus. Kaden got to ask for his Lighting McQueen Bike. He is so excited. Kaleb on the other hand didn't cry, so it was a good visit with him as well. I was so excited that Kaleb didn't cry that any picture with Kaleb looking at the camera and Kaden smiling would be great. Well Kaleb is looking and Kaden is kinda smiling so I guess it is OK. My sweet boys just make me laugh. Kaleb just stared at Santa. Kaden was so excited that he got to tell him what he wanted and that he got a candy cane out of it....Man that was just his highlight. The 1st pic is the one that Corey took and I like it beacuase Kaden is staring at the candy and Kaleb is staring at Santa. =)

Christmas at Sea World

We went to sea world today and it was a lot of fun. There was tons of Christmas decorations and an ice skating rink. The Shamu show is a great night show with carols and everything. I was bummed because we have a friend that sings the carols at the Shamu show and we didn't get to see her sing. It was a great show anyhow. Auntie Monica joined us on this cold December night at sea world. Kaden said the cutest thing as we were watching the new trick with Shamu and his trainer.

Corey: "Kaden have you ever surfed on a killer whale like that"?
Kaden: "No, but I REALLY WANT TO and Dad did you know the trainers are highly trained"

Crazy Kaleb

Kaleb is a major mover. Corey found him climbing up Kaden's bunk bed latter. I know this may not be a shock but to us it was. Corey found him hitching a ride from Kaden over the last part of the rail and onto the top bunk he went. I was in shock and then I fear what he will do next. We have spotted him one other time making another attempt to climb it....But for now he is being a good listener and not climbing the latter...We have one strong baby. Corey had Kaleb rein-act the climb so I could see it and this is how we got the pictures. (no kids were harmed in the making of the blog)
