I Just Wanna Be a Dad

Kaden and I were sitting around and playing with Star Wars trading cards. We were waiting for Kaleb to wake up so we can go to the dentist. Then here comes my funny kid with his great words of wisdom.
Kaden: "Mom I'm a horrible Kid"
Mom: "Kaden no you are not, Why would you say that"
Kaden: "Because I don't really like being a kid, I just don't want to be a kid anymore"
Mom: "Well Kaden what do you wanna be"
Kaden: "I just wanna be a Dad, They get to do all the cool stuff"
Mom: "Like what"?
Kaden: "They get to pick up there kids from the playground at school, they get to play with people, They like to help mom curl there hair, and they help kids play on a playground if they are to tiny"
Mom: "Anything else"
Kaden: "If they want to be a Star Wars Person they can just be a Star Wars person, and they help Star Wars people...Daddies just help everybody".

I think this is so cute...Kaden just has the best things to say =)

Eeny Meeny Miny Moe

Kaden has been saying this the last week or so. "Any Mommy Moe Moe Moe" I just think it is so cute. He makes his decisions with this little tactic. I LOVE IT. I'm totally going to hate it when he stop saying these thing wrong.

My Dad's Visit

My dad came down to visit us for 4 days and we all just had the best time. He wanted to come down for Kaden's birthday party. During the visit we just hung out and Kaden and his Grandpa played lots of games. Dad helped with baths it was fun. Over all we had a great time.

Kaden is Turning 5 Today!

Kaden is such a great kid. I can not believe 5 years ago today I gave birth to such a great kid. I had no idea what God had in store for me and Corey when he blessed us with such a great creative and imaginative kid. The best way to describe Kaden is he is unbelievably smart and witty. It is so incredible to see how his walk with God has grown so rapidly this last year. He just loves Him and talks to Him. I love to hear him pray for family and friends. He is such a caring and loving kid. He loves his brother and just wants the very best for him. I think the most amazing thing is when you have this tiny little baby in your arms you have no idea how your life will change. I look back at the last 5 years and can't explain how much I have loved every bit of it. I have complained about phases that he has been in and I have laughed at all the things he does or says. I have loved getting to know what an amazing kid he is. Corey and I are truly blessed with this guy.

Kaden's Animals

Kaden loves his stuff animals. He has 3 that he carries all the time. A moose (that Calvin and Barbara Biggers gave him when he was born). A dog that is called Max, another dog that barks. Well the Long family (Kyle Keaton, Jim and Kristin) gave Kaden a Webkinz. This Webkinz is a grey cat and Kaden LOVES it, he named him Milo. You go online and create this world for your animal. You have rooms and there are games to play you can shop. All around you just have fun online with your animal. Well my dad, Gab, Kaden and I were walking into Walmart and Kaden spit out "You know it is crazy that my cat and dog are married now and are having a baby. I can't believe she is pregnant. ". We all looked at each other and justg laughed. I love that his imagination is so hilarious. I don't think he remembers the fact the they are both boys. HAAHHAHA! =)

Kaden's 5th Birthday Party

Today is Kaden's Birthday party and he walked out from his shower and Auntie Gabbers and him were talking about how we are having his party today but your actual birthday is on the 17th. Kaden looked at Auntie Gabbers and said "No, I''m 5...I'm going to tell my dad and he will tell you that this kid is 5".

Wiggle Guitar

We (Corey, Monica, Kaleb and I) were just sitting around and Kaden came into the room with his wiggle guitar and started playing it. The funny thing is he is shouting NER Ner ner over and over again. He was making the sound of an electric guitar. At the same time he was strumming the guitar and wiggling his hips. He was totally working it. It was just so funny, a little annoying after 5 minutes but at first really cute.
